  1. 3 lasers: 405, 488 and 561 nm
  2. 12 photomultipliers (PMT) to detect these fluorochromes: DAPI, EBFP, ECFP, EGFP, sfGFP, FITC, EYFP, tdTomato, mRFP, mCherry
  3. Forward (FSC) and side (SSC) scatter channels to determine cell size and internal complexity, respectively
  4. 70 y 100 μm nozzles to separate cells of different sizes
  5. 2 and 4 ways separation in 1,5 ml and 5 ml, and 2 ways in 15 ml tubes
  6. adaptors for plates of 6, 24, 48, 96 and 384 wells, and PCR plates
  7. workstation and analysis software

Microbiological growth monitoring system
