Zeiss LSM 880 confocal microscope with Fast Airyscan module: vertical confocal microscope with 6 laser lines (405, 488, 458, 514, 561, and 633 nm). It has 3 spectral PMT detectors and an Airyscan module that allows resolutions of up to 120 nm to be obtained. It allows the observation of transmitted light.

Zeiss Axiophot upright microscope equipped with BP 365, 450-490, and BP 546 excitation filters and LP 397, 520, and 590 emission filters. It has a DC.20000i euromex MOS color camera attached (20 megapixels).

 

Leica DM2000 upright microscope equipped with BP 340-380, 480/40, and 515-560 excitation filters; and LP 425, BP 527/30, and LP 590 emission filters. It has a Leica DFC 300FX color CCD camera (1.4 Mpixels) attached.

Leica MZ10F stereomicroscope with diascopic and episcopic illumination. It has a filter block for UV, GFP, and mCherry. Images are captured using a Leica DFC 400C color CCD camera.

 

Leica M205FA stereomicroscope with episcopic illumination via two semi-rigid light guides with LED lamp, transmitted light base with three types of illumination: bright field, Rotermann contrast, and dark field. It has a filter block for DAPI, GFP, and mCherry.

Leica HistoCore NANOCUT R rotary microtome with sample holder for paraffin and resin inclusions. Minimum section thickness of 0.5 µm
