To make any kind of enquiry to the IT department, just send an e-mail to email@example.com with the request or enter the help portal from HERE.
Any user will be able to generate a request to this address.
Once the request reaches us, an operator will be assigned to it and the user will be informed of the status of the request through an email until its completion.

Microphones will always be available at the IT department, so you will have to request them in order to use them.
We have 2 types of licences available:
- Office 365: To obtain the licence, it is necessary to go, exclusively the first time, through the account registration process, which is done by accessing the site: https://o365.rediris.es, and following the steps indicated there. It will only work with personal UPM accounts that are active. The rest of the time it can be accessed normally from https://portal.office.com
- Office Plus 2016: To obtain this licence it is necessary to contact IT (B52).
In order to use the UPM corporate licence for Adobe Acrobat Pro, it is first necessary to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to add the account to the organisation's licence. Once added, an email will be sent to this account where you will only have to follow the instructions to create an Adobe account that will allow you to use Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Once we have this account, we go HERE and log in. At the top right there will be a blue button that will allow us to download the programme automatically.
In order to take the data from the shared folders of any shared computer, it will be necessary to access the folder in Google Drive with an account of our domain (@intranet.cbgp.upm.es). The folder list is HERE.
TAll laboratories have one for common use. If you do not remember the password, please contact email@example.com reset the password.
You can also access with personal accounts of the same domain (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Yes, both to use the printer and to send documents from our computer, it is necessary to enter the corresponding code. If no code is entered, the printer will ignore the document sent.
The only printer capable of colour printing is the one on the ground floor. This printer will only be installed with the permission of the laboratory manager.
To connect your personal laptop to the WIFI network of the centre, it is necessary to have a personal UPM account. When you connect to eduroam, you will be asked for a username and password; enter your UPM personal email (usually email@example.com) and the corresponding password.
