To make any kind of enquiry to the IT department, just send an e-mail to support.cbgp@upm.es with the request or enter the help portal from HERE.

Any user will be able to generate a request to this address.

Once the request reaches us, an operator will be assigned to it and the user will be informed of the status of the request through an email until its completion.

Alta - Your data is already entered in our database. Waiting for the card to be created in the IT department.

Prórroga - We already have the new expiration date of your new contract. It is NOT necessary to bring the card to IT; once it appears in Hecho, the new expiration date will be applied.

Hecho - You can pick up your card at Dámaris' office (B83).

We have 2 types of licences available:

1. Office 365: The licensing process has been automated, so you only need to go to https://portal.office.com and download the programs. It will only work with personal UPM accounts that are active. 
2. Office Plus 2016: To obtain this licence it is necessary to contact IT (B52).

The UPM corporate license for Adobe Acrobat Pro, like Office 365, is linked to the UPM personal account. The process is already automated, so first we go HERE and log in. At the top right there will be a blue button that will allow us to download the program automatically. Whenever it asks us to log in we will do it with our personal UPM account, and we can have it installed on 2 devices at the same time.

In order to take the data from the shared folders of any shared computer, it will be necessary to access the folder in Google Drive with an account of our domain (@intranet.cbgp.upm.es). The folder list is HERE.

TAll laboratories have one for common use. If you do not remember the password, please contact comunicacion.cbgp@upm.esto reset the password.

You can also access with personal accounts of the same domain (nombre.apellido@intranet.cbgp.upm.es).

Yes, both to use the printer and to send documents from our computer, it is necessary to enter the corresponding code. If no code is entered, the printer will ignore the document sent.

To be able to print in the CBGP printers you must access this folder and follow the steps indicated: LINK

In case of problems, please contact the IT department at support.cbgp@upm.es, indicating the corresponding floor and laboratory.

The only printer capable of colour printing is the one on the ground floor. This printer will only be installed with the permission of the laboratory manager.

Microphones will always be available at the IT department, so you will have to request them in order to use them.

To connect your personal laptop to the WIFI network of the centre, it is necessary to have a personal UPM account. When you connect to eduroam, you will be asked for a username and password; enter your UPM personal email (usually name.surname@upm.es) and the corresponding password.
