Researchers' night at CBGP

Interactive workshops for children, adolescents and families at the Laboratory of Plant Cultivation and Greenhouses of the Center for Plant Biotechnology and Genomics (CBGP), and a guided tour of the facilities of the CBGP research center. You will also be able to participate in the new CBGP radio podcast program “Feed your mind”.

The relevance of food production and the impact of research and development of new technologies in achieving the goal of having a healthier diet and producing food in a more sustainable way will be shown in a very didactic way. We will analyze the collective and individual responsibility of each citizen in environmental sustainability, avoiding, for example, food waste.

Attendees will receive a sustainable detail.

This activity is promoted by researchers from the Center for Plant Biotechnology and Genomics, CBGP (UPM-INIA / CSIC), which is a Severo Ochoa Center of Excellence and has the collaboration of the Environmental Education Classroom of the Pozuelo de Alarcón City Council.

How to get there: Own vehicle or free bus that will leave from Madrid (Ciudad Universitaria metro exit at 5:15 p.m., return at 9 p.m.)
