Standardising gene circuit design

Genetic circuit design builds on having libraries of well-characterized DNA components. By choosing parts from these libraries, researchers implement synthetic gene regulatory networks that perform human-defined functions. We contributed to these efforts by standardizing via SEVA vectors a library of genetic inverters. Having standard parts will definitely assist engineering developments.
